Had a fantastic time with my friends! We enjoyed lively nights out in the local bars and visited the vibrant markets, soaking up the atmosphere and good vibes. The location is super convenient, and our rooms were both comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
One thing to note is that the breakfast could use some improvement. it seemed lacking compared to other places I've stayed. A small detail, but something to think about for future guests.

The hotel is located in a good location, surrounded by
a variety of restaurants and a large shopping mall, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the breakfast could use more variety to match the overall quality of the stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was far from secure, as evidenced by the lack of security controls at the entrance, leading to my backpack being stolen with no support from the staff. Instead of assisting me, they completely dismissed the incident as though it was my fault, leaving me to fend for myself without any resolution.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent business trip to Four Points. The location in Providencia was ideal, with numerous dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to assist me with any needs, including helping with local contacts and recommendations.
The gym was a bit cramped and could use an upgrade.

Great Experience with Friendly Staff!
We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, and the central location was perfect for exploring Santiago. The staff provided exceptional service and custom breakfast options. Our room had a lovely city view, but some updates are needed. For a nice evening, try the restaurant's beef menu!

balcony with mountain view, excellent location for restaurants, nearby metro access
The gym is laughably small and needs an upgrade!!! I encountered a security issue inside the hotel that left a sour taste in my mouth. Better control of lobby traffic would go a long way!!!

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay with a large, comfy bed and the rooftop pool all to ourselves one evening. The varied breakfast was delicious, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. One small thing was that check-in took a bit longer than expected, but it didn’t ruin our experience! 😊

Would recommend for a temporary stay
Comfortable bed, ample breakfast, with a varied and plentiful selection that made our mornings enjoyable, and the friendly staff ensured we felt welcomed during our two-night stay, while also enjoying the convenience of being just 0.2 km from the nearest metro station for easy exploration of the area.
Entirely happy.
